Partners
We are proud to work with local partners to better serve our communities. By partnering with local hospitals, mental health services, primary care offices, and other addiction treatment facilities, we can help repair our communities by providing addiction treatment that works. Through these partnerships, we can offer quality addiction treatment to underserved areas and support local community leaders in the process.
HCA Partnership
We partner with Health Connect America at 18 locations in Tennessee. Health Connect America provides mental and behavioral health services to children, families, and adults across multiple states.
Through our relationship with Health Connect America, we are able to serve Tenncare patients across the entire state and connect them to therapy and case management resources through Health Connect America.

Hospitals
For peer navigation, our Certified Peer Recovery Specialist (CPRS) is available to ED or hospital staff to meet with patients and explore treatment options after discharge.
We also offer addiction consultations, which is can be a physician-to-physician link or a telemedicine visit with the patient while they are in the hospital.
Finally, our offices are able to accept referrals and coordinate care for any patient with SUD being discharged from an ED or hospital.
We work with Emergency Departments and Hospitals throughout the state to help them identify and effectively treat patients with Substance Use Disorder (SUD). We offer peer navigation, physician addiction consultations, and discharge referrals to outpatient care.

Referral Partners
If your practice treats individuals with Substance Use Disorder (SUD), Cedar Recovery is available to accept referrals and coordinate care for those patients that require treatment. A Cedar Recovery medical provider will do an intake assessment to determine the appropriate level of care for each patient and coordinate care to make sure patients get the care they need.
