Grant Funding Benefits
Cedar Recovery’s State Opioid Response (SOR) Grant-funded program covers a comprehensive range of services to support your recovery journey:
- Appointments and Visits: Regular appointments with experienced medical professionals to monitor your progress and adjust your treatment plan as needed.
- Individual and Group Therapy: Evidence-based therapy sessions to address the underlying causes of addiction, develop coping skills and build a strong foundation for lasting recovery.
- Medications (through grant-approved pharmacies): Access to medications that can help manage withdrawal symptoms, reduce cravings, and support your overall well-being.

- Transportation (to and from appointments and pharmacy pickups): We’ll ensure you have reliable transportation to and from all your appointments, including medication pickups, so that you can focus on your recovery.
Please note: The SOR Grant-funded program is unavailable to McKenzie, TN, patients.
Who Qualifies for the SOR Grant Program
Cedar Recovery is dedicated to serving those in need. To qualify for our State Opioid Response (SOR) Grant-funded program, you must meet the following criteria:
- Diagnosed with Opioid Use Disorder (OUD): This grant is specifically designed to assist individuals battling opioid addiction.
- Income Eligibility: Your household income must fall within the designated guidelines. Detailed income requirements can be found in the grant application.
- Insurance Status: You must either have no insurance coverage or have insurance that is outside of Cedar Recovery’s network.
