SOR II Grant

We only have a few spots left on our SOR II Grant from the State of Tennessee to provide free care. You qualify if:

- You are 18 years or older and you live in Tennessee
- You do not have insurance and no money of paying for Medication Assisted Treatment at Cedar Recovery
- You meet the 138% federal poverty guidelines (Don't know what that is? Click here) as set by the US Department of Health and Human Services
- You could get your treatment and your medication paid for if you meet these criteria.
