Chad Dillard is a highly accomplished Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and financial professional, currently serving as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and co-founder of Cedar Recovery. He earned a bachelor's degree in business administration (BBA) in accounting and a master's degree in accounting and computer Information Systems, both from Middle Tennessee State University (MTSU).
In 2015, Chad co-founded Cedar Recovery, driven by his entrepreneurial spirit and vision for revolutionizing the healthcare industry. He played an integral role in its early development, working diligently on the side until he transitioned full-time into the role of CFO. His strategic leadership and financial expertise have been instrumental in steering Cedar Recovery towards success since its founding in July 2015.
Chad's professional journey began in 2006 when he joined Hearing Planet, where he gained valuable experience in financial management. Over the years, he held various key positions, including Accounting Manager at Suncrest Home Health and a Consultant for The Rezult Group. Additionally, he served as Accounting Manager at Vanguard Healthcare Services, LLC, contributing his financial acumen to the organization's growth and stability.
Outside the professional realm, Chad finds fulfillment in his personal life with his wife, Courtney, and their two sons, Hudson and Avery. The Dillard family resides in Mount Juliet, Tennessee, where they cherish moments together and create lasting memories.
